30 – 31 October 2021 · Sat, 10am – Sun, 2pm
Theory seminar. The knowledge of the transience of our life is an important prerequisite for happiness and contentment. Death can surprise us any day, any time, any place.
If we realize this, we will give meaning to our life and if our life is or was meaningful, we can die peacefully and without remorse or feelings of loss.
In this seminar, Venerable Geshe TenDhar will explain the Buddhist teachings on impermanence and the Tibetan Buddhist view of death and dying. With the help of lectures and short meditations we will approach this topic, which is rarely treated in the West. Furthermore, there will be opportunities for individual questions to the teacher and instructions on how to support people in the dying process.
