1 – 4 August 2018 | Wed, 3pm – Sat, 4pm
The summer retreat is open to anyone who is interested – whether you belong to a religion or not, are meditating for the first time or are already experienced. This retreat is practice-oriented, with a focus on meditation & mind training (Semjong).
It is especially suitable for participants and graduates of our courses in Buddhist psychology, because it offers an excellent opportunity for intensive practice!
This year we will deepen concentrative meditation and learn how to deal and practice with destructive emotions – especially anger, pride and jealousy – within the framework of mind training (Semjong).
While the exact content and focus will vary year-to-year, the main goal of the Summer Retreat is giving participants the opportunity to practice & improve, while providing instruction, discussion, and Q&A to support your individual practice.
