This short course takes place over two weekends—4 days total—and is built to give participants practical ways to deal with modern ills like stress, burnout etc. Our goal is health & stability in both body & mind, so we’ll introduce basic relaxation techniques and self-applied therapies from traditional Tibetan medicine alongside concentrative meditation & mindfulness. We’ll also cover basic advice for diet & lifestyle.
