Declaration on the obligation to provide information (data protection declaration)
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Please note that your contact data will be stored in the registration area of our website for the purpose of simplifying the registration process and for later contract processing. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks and payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the participation fee and to our accountant and tax consultant for the fulfilment of our tax obligations. After the registration process is aborted, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract (e.g. registration for a course), all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the DSGVO.
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing. Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymised immediately. This means that only a rough localization is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the “Privacy-Shield” agreement between the EU and the USA on the collection, use and storage of personal data from EU member states. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised. User data will be kept for a period of 26 months.
