Theory seminar. Death is part of our lives and can surprise us any day, any time, any place. When we recognize this, we develop an eye for the really important things in life.
The knowledge of the transience of our life as well as the meditation on our own death are important prerequisites for contentment, happiness and a peaceful death. In this seminar, Venerable Lama Geshe TenDhar will help us to approach this topic, which is rarely dealt with in the West.
Geshe-la will explain impermanence and elaborate on the Tibetan Buddhist view of the dying process. There will also be an opportunity to ask individual questions to our Lama and in addition we will receive concrete instructions on how to best accompany people in the dying process.
