The Buddhist Science of Mind is also called the Buddhist Psychology, because it conveys a profound knowledge of the mind and its functions, and thus a clear understanding of consciousness and its various facets. By this we receive the means to recognize and transform certain states of mind. The course also offers the opportunity to study in depth the different types of mind, stages of meditation and for meditation practice.
